ORGANISATIONAL SELF ASSESSMENT TOOL

The ACREW Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Checklist of Work/life Best Practice© is intended for use by managers responsible for work/life and diversity issues in organisations to assist them comprehensively report outcomes of work/life initiatives. In addition, the results can be used to demonstrate to senior level management the value and impact of work-life initiatives at the organisation and individual levels.

Use of this tool will set out a framework for you and your organisation to move towards. This is not a test but an opportunity to identify where your organisation might be able to progress.

Take the time to complete the checklist. Initially do this fairly quickly and intuitively. Later on it can be done with more rigour to assess progress.

At the end of each of the 4 sections you will be able to assess where you sit in relation to each element and these results can be used to create a Strategy Map at the end of the checklist.
